Shipping, delivery and returns

• Shipping charges on orders from $24.99 (minimum) to $34.99 are a flat rate of $8.
• Shipping charges for all orders up to $84.99 are a flat rate of $12. (With tracking number).
• Shipping costs for all orders over 85 $ and above are free. (With tracking number).
• We offset the greenhouse gas emissions generated by the transport of our packages using Shopify's Planet app.
• There may be some delays during public holidays and snow storms.
• No workshop pick-up is available.
• Orders received after Friday 11:00 am will be processed the following Monday.
• Wholesale, corporate or event orders are subject to different handling and shipping charges due to the nature of the order.

We are not responsible for any loss or theft incurred as a result of Canada Post handling. For insurance, choose the signature delivery option.

Error in shipping address:

• Please send us a message quickly at info@lasultana.net to inform us of the error.
• If your order has not yet been shipped and we will do our best to correct the shipping address before your order is shipped. We cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been confirmed since sometimes processing and shipping is fast.
• If your order has been shipped, you will need to contact Canada Post and ask them to update the address.
• If the package is returned to us due to an address error on your part (e.g.: missing apartment number, old address, etc.), it will be reshipped at a cost of $15 even if you had benefited from free shipping, at $12 or $7. When an order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, Canada Post will again charge us the full price for returning the order to our workshop.
• The order will not be refunded if you decide to cancel.

Returns, Cancellations and Refunds:

• Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns , exchanges or refunds unless it is a defect or an error on our part. In this case, contact us at info@lasultana.net with a photo of the problem. No cancellations are allowed on items already shipped.
• We do not take back any product for a question of taste, for a change of mind, for reasons of allergies or for other personal reasons.
• Items must not have been used or unpacked.
• Items must be received within 30 days of purchase.
• For order cancellations before shipment, a 2% fee will be charged for handling and packaging.

You will have to pay the return shipping costs. We invite you to subscribe to insurance for any order so that you are certain that we have received your return. The refund will be issued after verification of the product (must be intact).
