Shipping, delivery and returns


Shipping and delivery to Quebec and Ontario:
  • Peace Balm products are subject to their own shipping rates and will be shipped separately. Shipping is free on orders over $100 for these products.
  • Shipping costs for orders from $20 (minimum) up to $74.99 are a flat rate of $9. (With tracking number).
  • Shipping is free for all orders of $75 or more. (With tracking number). 
  • To offset the greenhouse gas emissions generated by the transport of our parcels through the Shopify Planet app.
  • There may be some delays during public holidays and snowstorms.
  • No in-store pickup is available except by invitation.
  • Orders received after 11:00 AM on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
  • Wholesale, corporate or event orders are subject to different handling and shipping charges due to the nature of the order.

We are not responsible for any loss or theft that occurs after the package has been handled by Canada Post. For insurance, choose the delivery option with signature confirmation.

Error in the shipping address:

  • Send us a message quickly to info@lasultana.net to inform us of the error.
  • If your order has not yet been shipped, we will not be able to correct the delivery address until it is dispatched. We cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been confirmed, as processing and shipping can sometimes be very quick.
  • If your order has been shipped, you will need to contact Canada Post and ask them to update the address.
  • If the package is returned to us due to an address error on your part (e.g., missing apartment number, old address, etc.), it will be reshipped at a cost of $15, even if you opted for free shipping, or shipping at $11 or $8. When an order is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address, Canada Post charges us the full price again for returning the order to our workshop.
  • The order will not be refunded if you decide to cancel.

Returns, cancellations and refunds:

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns , exchanges, or refunds unless the issue is due to a defect or an error on our part. In such cases, please contact us at info@lasultana.net with a photo of the problem. Cancellations are not permitted on items that have already been shipped.
  • We do not accept returns for reasons of taste, change of mind, allergies, or other personal reasons.
  • The items must not have been used or unpacked.
  • Items must be received within 30 days of purchase.
  • For order cancellations before shipment, a 2% handling and packaging fee will be charged.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We encourage you to purchase insurance for all orders to ensure we receive your return safely. A refund will be issued after the product has been inspected (it must be undamaged).
